{"id":3545,"date":"2024-12-06T17:11:18","date_gmt":"2024-12-06T16:11:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dom-ilok.hr\/?p=3545"},"modified":"2024-12-09T09:18:05","modified_gmt":"2024-12-09T08:18:05","slug":"kick-off-konferencija-partnera-caritas-sabac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dom-ilok.hr\/?p=3545","title":{"rendered":"Kick-off konferencija partnera Caritas \u0160abac"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Kick-off konferencija partnera Caritas \u0160abac &#8211; utorak, 26.11.2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dana 26.11.2024. u Caritasu \u0160abac odr\u017ealo se predstavljanje Projekta SocCare u sklopu konferencije Kick-off na kojem su sudjelovali partneri iz Hrvatske i Srbije, te svojim prezentacijama prikazali koji su ciljevi i va\u017enosti projekta , te koje \u0107e usluge i skrb zajedni\u010dka suradnja pru\u017eiti.<\/p>\n<p>Vode\u0107i partner Dom za starije i nemo\u0107ne osobe Ilok, te partneri Razvojna agencija Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije, Caritas \u0160abac te Gerontolo\u0161ki centar Ba\u010dka Palanka zajedno sudjeluju na projektu vrijednom 1.759.424,63 eura u trajanju od 30 mjeseci , u sklopu kojeg \u0107e se:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pobolj\u0161ati pristup novim uslugama u zajednici koje nude skrb za starije osobe, osobe s invaliditetom i osobe koje boluju od Alzheimerove bolesti,<\/li>\n<li>izgraditi i uspostaviti centri za savjetovanje i podr\u0161ku u Iloku i \u0160apcu, dnevni boravci u Iloku, Ba\u010dkoj Palanci i \u0160apcu te potpomognuto stanovanje u Vladimircima,<\/li>\n<li>nabaviti vozila, opremiti informati\u010dkom opremom i uredskim namje\u0161tajem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Projekt SocCare je sufinanciran od Ministarstva regionalnog razvoja i fondova Europske Unije Republike Hrvatske, Interreg VI-A IPA programa Hrvatska \u2013 Srbija 2021.-2027.u iznosu od 85% ukupne vrijednosti projekta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kick-off conference of partners Caritas \u0160abac \u2013 Tuesday, 26 November 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On November 26, 2024. in Caritas \u0160abac, the presentation of the SocCare Project took place as part of the Kick-off conference, where partners from Croatia and Serbia took part, and in their presentations showed the goals and importance of the project, and what services and care the joint cooperation will provide.<\/p>\n<p>The leading partner Home for the Elderly and Infirm Ilok, and the partners Development Agency of the Vukovar-Srijem County, Caritas \u0160abac and Gerontological Center Ba\u010dka Palanka are participating together in a project worth 1,759,424.63 euros for 30 months, which will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>improve access to new services in the community that offer care for the elderly, people with disabilities, and people suffering from Alzheimer&#8217;s disease,<\/li>\n<li>build and establish counseling and support centers in Ilok and \u0160apac, day care centers in Ilok, Ba\u010dka Palanka, and \u0160apac, and assisted living in Vladimirci,<\/li>\n<li>acquire vehicles and equip the counseling center with IT equipment and office furniture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SocCare project is co-financed by the Ministry of Regional Development and European Union funds of the Republic of Croatia, Interreg VI-A IPA program Croatia &#8211; Serbia 2021-2027 in the amount of 85% of the total value of the project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kick-off konferencija partnera Caritas \u0160abac &#8211; utorak, 26.11.2024.
